Greek chamomile is perhaps the best quality chamomile in the world. Studies on chamomile and its effects on health have proven that it can benefit us in various areas as it stimulates the immune system, relieves stress, helps sleep, has anti-inflammatory and antimicrobial effects, therefore it treats mild skin problems. Chamomile includes many components, such as flavonoids, terpenoids, coumarins, which are responsible for its medicinal applications. Its use is mainly indicated for the treatment of mild skin irritation, anxiety, inflammation and as a sedative. It combines wonderfully with a spoonful of honey.

Add 1 tablespoon of dried chamomille to a pot of boiling water and let it boil for 5 minutes. Then let it cool for a few minutes and strain it. Add a spoonful of honey to enhance the taste.
